Hi, I am Bridget Ng, I am an Athletic Trainer and an ACL rehab specialist. I help people recover from ACL surgery even after all other physio has failed.
Why I became an ACL Specialist.
I used to be a taekwondo sparring player and used to be a state player in Malaysia. During that time, I had a dream that I could represent my country to compete at the highest level like in the Olympics. I had a great future and enjoyed every moment in taekwondo training.
Unfortunately, I tore my ACL when I was 17 years old and did not have a successful rehab after the ACL reconstruction. I spent 2 years learning how to walk normally and never able to go back to taekwondo training. To have a better understanding of how to do proper rehab, I completed:
● Undergraduate Athletic Training, Iowa State University
● Master’s in Athletic Training , Texas State UniversityI have worked with over 300+ collegiate athletes in the USA. I have one of the highest training and best experiences of how to properly rehab knee injuries, especially ACL injuries and return athletes safely and stronger than before.I have started my own ACL recovery company, Optimized Body Movements based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. My mission is to help people who have ACL injuries have a smoother rehab plan, stronger knees than before and have highest performance in their athletic career.
